Payments

Fees, billing cycles, and ad spend terms will be agreed in writing before any campaign launch. Ad spend is separate from service fees and is paid directly to or through the relevant advertising platform.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content, claims, and assets you provide. You confirm you have the rights to all materials submitted for advertising.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FVC Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes
